Since as early as the 9th century AD (CE) theatrical performances have been accompanied by music. Even today puppet shows, dances and dramas are accompanied by the traditional Burmese orchestra. In this site you can watch a puppet show, learn how to make your own, and play virtual copies of instruments online, including a Xylophone, Gong Chimes and various Percussion instruments.

Wrapping the Globe websiteAfrica is rich in natural resources from the earth. Many of these come in the form of naturally occurring metals, such as gold, or minerals from which metals can be extracted, such as iron and copper.

This exhibition is mainly about what Africans do with the metals they make for themselves. Concentrating on the two commonest metals iron & copper.
